The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown attractions. Parking is super tight and can be a hassle. The moon pies and RC cola in the room were a nice touch. Loud street noise made it hard to sleep at times.

Renovations are adding a cool retro vibe, without causing disruption. The pool was enjoyable, with nice towels provided. A few concerns: the room felt cramped for three, especially with one person mobility impaired. The toilet had issues, and we requested extra towels multiple times without success. Noise from the street was disruptive at night. Consider enhancing security in the parking lot. Would stay again, but improvements are needed.

The room was charming, featuring mid-century decor that added a retro touch. It was clean and well-kept, with ample storage options like cubbies and hooks, which I appreciated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. I loved the separately enclosed toilet and shower area; the curved shower curtain was a nice, tidy detail. noise from revving cars outside made it difficult to sleep on Saturday night. Despite that, the staff was outstanding and responsive, which enhanced the overall experience.

Our late checkout felt pointless when we returned to find our door wide open. That alone was unsettling, but the missing air filter and dirt by the AC unit made me question how clean the place really was. So frustrating!

Melissa was incredible-going above and beyond to help with our reservation. The location is fantastic, close to attractions, and the ability to get connecting rooms was a nice touch. The 24-hour diner was a lifesaver for late-night snacks. the room felt smaller than expected, and although it was clean, the walls didn't offer much soundproofing. There were some hiccups with housekeeping; garbage wasn't taken out, and we had to ask for towels. Still, for the price, the convenience and staff friendliness made it a worthwhile visit. Would definitely return but opt for king rooms next time.

The renovations give a cool retro vibe that I absolutely loved! The heated outdoor pool was such a delight, complete with cozy sun loungers and sweet sixties tunes playing in the background. Oh, and free parking was a major win-plus, who can say no to moon pies and RC cola in the room? !

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and the location downtown was perfect for visiting attractions. The staff, especially Victoria at check-in, provided great recommendations for things to see and do in the city. the attached diner was a delightful experience with a wide selection of pies to enjoy.

The pillows provided were uncomfortable square “couch pillows”, leading to a sore neck in the morning.

The room also had a coffee maker, which was a nice touch for me as a coffee lover. The free toiletries in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise, making my stay more convenient. I did notice a few areas that could be improved. The gaps in the doors allowed a lot of noise from outside to filter into the room, especially since my room was by the pool where kids were playing loudly. It would have been better if the soundproofing was more effective to ensure a peaceful stay. the pillow situation could have been better as the existing ones were a bit flat for my liking. It would have been nice to have bigger, fluffier pillows for a more comfortable sleep experience. my experience at Days Inn was positive due to the convenient location and clean facilities, but there were minor issues that could be addressed.

the location was perfect for walking to all the downtown sites and attractions. the hotel had a cool vibe, recently renovated, clean, and a very friendly staff. the pool and pool area were clean and centered in the middle of the corridors, so you can swim without feeling uncomfortable. there's a restaurant on site open 24 hrs so late night eats isn't a big deal. the staff is amazing and the friendliest i have ever seen. the bed was very comfy, and the rooms were clean and appeared recently renovated as they looked more updated inside than outside.

Staying at this spot put us right in the heart of all Chattanooga has to offer! The free shuttle made exploring the Tennessee Aquarium and watching the latest movies at the IMAX super easy for our big family.

My wife says that the pool area could benefit from more shaded seating for families with children.

Great location, recent room renovations, functional AC, free downtown shuttle, attached parking, heated pool.

Wish they had more happening events or parties for teens like us.
